Golf
La Manga Club, famous for its sporting facilities is only 10 mins away. It has 3 top class 18 hole golf courses, a football centre that attracts premiership teams for winter training, tennis centre, mountain bike hire, hotel and spa. There are 7 other golf courses within a 30 minute drive to cater for all handicap levels and more being constructed.
Spas
There are also numerous spas available in the area. Within a 10 min drive you will find the La Manga Club Spa www.spa.lamangaclub.com and also, just at the bottom of the La Manga "Strip", the Entremares Hotel Balneario Marino www.entremares.com, which has a variety of spa treatments available. It also has four 35 degree Mediterranean seawater swimming pools. Slightly further a field (30mins) is Thalasia in San Pedro del Pinatar, a new spa centre with warm water pools, jets, treatments, gym and restaurant.
If you wish to hire bikes during your stay they can be delivered to you accommodation. The following companies provide this service. Please email them to book in advance. You will need to hire the bikes for several days to get free delivery. These are all English businesses so you don't have to worry if you don't speak Spanish.
