The living area are is spacious, there are 3 softas with plenty of seating for 6 people (one is a double sofa bed).  There is also a large 25" television for use with a DVD player.  A selection of DVD's are provided.

The dining area (originally bedroom 3) is comfortably furnished.  The circular table may be extended to provide seating for 6.  The living and dining areas are open plan and air conditioned.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.

The adjoining utility room has a washing machine, sink, ironing board and steam iron.  A rear terrace, accessible via the utility room, provides space to dry towels and clothes.

The bathroom is equipped with a full size bath with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

There is also a shower room with toilet on the ground floor. 

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed,  air conditioning, fan, large fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets.  Extra bedding and pillows are available.

The second bedroom has twin beds,  air conditioning, fan, large fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

"We will be furnishing our own house in Spain soon and would be interested to know where you bought the double bed and also the blue sun loungers, we found both extremely comfortable."
