Changeover Day Flexible ( Sat during July and August.)

10% discount for 2 persons during mid season
10% supplement for groups of 5 or 6
10% discount for stays of 4 weeks or more (not during high season)

Discounts and suppliments reflect the fact that smaller groups require less linen and use less water and electricity.  Linen will only be provided for the number of people who have booked.

Security / holiding deposit for £100 is required with the booking.  Full payment is required 8 weeks before departure.

Linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning are included in the rental rates.

Restrictions: smoking outside only, no pets, no single sex groups, no groups under 25 years of age.
