Learn to Windsurf

With it's warm shallow waters, the Mar Menor is the ideal sport to learn to windsurf.  Julian is a very patient and knowledgeable instructor, he will help you to get your balance and before you know it you will be off on your own!

Our equipment is especially suitable for beginners.  The sails are lightweight and the boards very stable which makes it quicker & easier to get going.  The Mar Menor provides the perfect conditions for windsurfing with flat, shallow, warm water.

Our maximum student instructor ratio is 4 to 1, though more commonly it is 2 to 1.  Most other windsurfing schools will teach using a student instructor ratio of 6 to 1.  Many of our clients are amazed by the progress they make in just one lesson but with the ideal conditions of the Mar Menor and low student instructor ratios you really can make progress quickly.

If some members of your group don't want to windsurf they can join you on the water in a kayak or just laze on the beach.

Courses

We offer three course levels (Learn to Windsurf and Levels 1 & 2).  All courses are practically based and any theory required is usually carried out on the water.  No RYA certificates can be issued, but all training follows the RYA syllabus.  

Private Tuition

Through our private lessons we can offer tailor-made tuition either via a single 2 hour lesson or a course of lessons.   Lessons are tailored to the individual, we can focus on improving certain techniques or work through a set programme based on the RYA level 1 & 2 syllabus.  We run private lesson for both groups and individuals and they can be scheduled whenever you want.
